Safety in Design, 4th Wall Virtual and Synergie Training have been shortlisted for the Constructing Excellence West Midlands ‘Health, Safety & Wellbeing’ award, and we’re thrilled.
The awards are the ‘biggest and brightest celebration of best practice’ for the built environment in the West Midlands, making this shortlisting a real testament to SID, 4thWall and Synergie’s efforts to deliver better outcomes for construction projects and their teams across the region, UK and internationally.
Every year we have this as our goal
Any project we can influence to ensure more enthused, supported and motivated teams is what, in turn, motivates us. After all, projects aren’t only their outputs, they are underpinned by the people delivering them. Whether it’s the finish on a structure or the bottom line that motivates teams, we want them to step away fulfilled; not only did they do their job, but they did it well.
And we won’t stop promising that ‘best practice’ in Health, Safety & Wellbeing is feasible for all teams — we should all be easy contenders for this award. Because ‘best practice’ doesn’t add any onerous extra steps to workflow: it creates energy, focus and motivation in teams to deliver better and more efficient projects, no matter their size and resource.
Thank you to Constructing Excellence West Midlands for this shortlisting, and to 4th Wall Virtual and Synergie Training for continuing to be excellent partners in our mission. We feel that whether we win, or HS2 does, we’re each working hard to improve the status quo in the built environment, making winners of us all.
